CITY MAINTENANCE/UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT

The Town of Hayti is now taking applications for a permanent full-time City Maintenance/Utility Superintendent. Wage is based on qualifications, willing to train the right applicant. Position is responsible for overseeing Public Works and the maintenance and daily operation of municipal utilities, streets, infrastructure, and city property in a small-town work environment. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, dependable, and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working independently while managing a wide range of responsibilities in service to the community. Unusual hours may be required. Candidate must be 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Position is subject to random drug testing for safety reasons.
